Lawrence Towers

Lawrence Towers

Completed in 1974, the eight-story twin-towers residence halls were named in honor of former governor of Pennsylvania, David L. Lawrence. The buildings have the capacity to house 722 students. The office of Residence Life and Housing is also located in the building. A new computer laboratory was added in 1997 to meet students' needs. One floor of Tower B was converted for use as a living-learning floor for education majors. Success of this pilot project led to the conversion and renovation of additional living-learning floors.
