STUDENT AND SCHOLAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationships established by Institute students and scholars with Edinboro University faculty and library professionals hopefully will enrich their experience at Edinboro and contribute to the success of their research projects. Scholars will be encouraged to establish contact with members of the Edinboro University family, especially with faculty and students in the Latin American Studies Program. Faculty of the Latin American Studies program may be interested in arranging meetings with Roth scholars so that visitors on campus may share their academic interests and experiences with students.

Scholars and students who receive a Russell B. Roth Scholarship and complete their projects will both be designated Institute Scholars. They will be expected to work to complete their projects and to cite the Institute when their work is published. After finishing their stay at Edinboro, scholars and students will be encouraged to identify other persons interested in doing similar work at the Institute. Their recommendations will strengthen the applications of future residents.
